Oyinkansola Abebayo


Oyinkansola Adebayo builds technology platforms that prepare underrepresented communities for the future. She founded Niyo Group, generating £4M+ in revenue through Niyo Labs  training 5,000+ people for tech careers with placements at KPMG and BBC and Niyo Hair and beauty, the first AI Powered Salon for women with textured hair . 

Her work has been recognised in BBC News, The Voice, Metro, Black Beauty and Hair Magazine, Nottingham Post, and many more. She has also won many awards including Great British Fashion & Beauty Entrepreneur of the Year,  Barclays Serial Entrepreneur of the Year, MBCC Entrepreneur of the Year, and Female Innovator of the Year. 

She is a TEDx Speaker and  has also  spoken at Women In Tech Festival, Vodafone UK, KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Northrop Grumman, Metaverse Summit, Credit Suisse, Africa Tech Week, Birmingham Tech Week, and many more world-renowned institutions.

Sachar Jones


Sachar Jones known is well known for being a bride on Married at First Sight series 9. She is a content creator and radio host, showcasing her many talents and interests including fashion and makeup.

Monique Fearon


Award winning consultant, Speaker, and Founder with over 18 years of industry experience, she is the Founder of the Creative Industry Awards, the Creative Industry Network, and Co-Founder of the Creative Business Expo.


Her career began as a makeup artist for YSL before expanding into modelling, collaborating with brands including Nintendo, Lacoste and Bacardi. She trained professionally as an actor at Identity School of Acting and has worked across performance, runway choreography, hosting, casting, and creative production.


Today, Monique speaks on entrepreneurship as a women in the creative industries, personal branding, DEI and leadership. 


A champion for diversity and representation, she has sat on panels supporting Women in the Creative Industries and continues to build inclusive platforms for emerging and established creatives alike.

Nikki Tapper is an experienced radio presenter and broadcaster, best known for her long-standing work with BBC WM and BBC Coventry & Warwickshire. With a career spanning gospel, community, and specialist broadcasting, she has interviewed a wide range of artists, public figures, and creatives.

At the Creative Business Expo, Nikki will share insights from her career journey in radio and the creative industries, offering practical advice and inspiration for emerging creatives.

Ebony Rebecca

Ebony is a creative entrepreneur, empowerment speaker and host with over five years experience as a mathematics teacher across schools and colleges. She is the founder of Rose Tinted Financial Services CIC, and co-founder of the Creative Business Expo.

Her work has included partnerships with the NHS, DWP, and Schneider Electric, and she has delivered financial workshops for young creatives at Walsall Studio School and BOA Stage School.

 

Ebony has recently launched Talent Media Group Limited, an exciting new startup that will provide fresh new creativity, character, and collaboration in the entertainment industry.

A passionate advocate for sustainable creative careers, she has spoken on stages and panels, including Good Finance UK, HSBC, and the London Business Show across the UK and Ireland.
